- We deliver within East Africa only.
- Standard delivery takes 1-5 business days depending on location.
- Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will keep you updated.
10. Returns and Refunds
- Items can be returned within 7 days if they are defective or incorrect.
- Customers must provide proof of purchase and return items in original condition.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
- M-Pesa reversals may take additional time based on Safaricom’s policies.
