We strive to get your order ready for dispatch as quickly as possible.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipping within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
- Business Days: Our processing and shipping operations run Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation with your order details once your order is placed.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders to addresses within Kenya. For information about shipping to other locations, please contact our customer support team.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure your labels arrive safely and on time.
- Standard Delivery: We aim to deliver all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will make multiple attempts to deliver your package to the provided address.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
- Flat Rate: We offer a flat rate of KES 300 for standard deliveries.
- Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders over KES 2,500.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to follow the progress of your delivery on our courier partner’s website.
Delivery Issues
We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes issues can arise during transit.
- Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at labelme94@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution. Please keep all packaging materials.
- Lost Packages: All orders are insured against loss during shipping. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will open a case with the courier to investigate.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout, including a valid phone number. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
